Fares, hours and phone numbers change. Here is how to get the right information today, and how corrections to this site will work.
Problem with a ride or your eligibility? Contact the agency
ParatransitGuide is an independent guide. We do not run any paratransit service, cannot book or cancel trips, and cannot change an eligibility decision. For a late or missed ride, a booking, a complaint, an eligibility question or an appeal, contact the transit agency directly: every city and agency page lists the agency’s website and, where verified, its phone number.
Wrong information on one of our pages?
Corrections intake: coming soon. We are not collecting reports yet: there is no form on this site and nothing you type anywhere here is sent to us.
Until the corrections channel opens, please rely on the agency’s official website and phone line, which are always the authority. Fields marked “Verified” show the official source and the date we checked it.
When corrections open, the most helpful report will include:
- the address of the page with the error (each page has a “Report an error on this page” link that brings you here);
- what is wrong;
- a link to the agency’s official page showing the correct information.
